Initial Response

We'll respond to your inquiry within 48 business hours. If you're reaching out by phone, we'll typically answer during business hours or get back to you the next 1-2 business days.

Initial Consultation

If you're interested in scheduling a session, let us know who you are interested in working with (it is okay if you are unsure and need our guidance) and we'll set up a brief consultation call to understand your needs and discuss next steps. This is free and usually 15-20 minutes.

Scheduling

Once we've connected, we'll work with you to find a time that fits with everyone’s schedule. Most clients have their first session within 1-2 weeks. There may be a waitlist for sliding scale or low cost services.
